Hove was one of the staring catalysts who guided the Trenton Tigers to a third-place finish at the Class B state tournament. The best finish in school history for the program. Hove’s senior season per game stat line: 17.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, 8.5 assists, 4.3 steals and 1.5 blocks.

Other finalists included Mandan’s Lakyn Darras, Legacy’s Alexis Dressler, Devils Lake’s Jes Mertens, Fargo Shanley’s Reile Payne and Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich’s Callie Ronningen.

The Miss Basketball winner will be announced following the Class A girls basketball state championship game on March 14 in Fargo.
