MANKATO, Minn. – Sophomores Dante Gadbois and Abby McGee led the Minot State indoor track and field team on the second day of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships with podium finishes on Saturday in Mankato, Minn.

U-Mary took home the team title on the women’s side with 163.5 points, followed by Minnesota State with 115.5 points.

Minnesota State ran away with the men’s title with 212 points while U-Mary place second in the team standings with 115 points.

Gadbois set a new school record in the DII era with a time of 1:58.5 in the 800-meter run to earn a seventh-place finish.

McGee secured her spot on the podium in the mile by covering the track with a personal record time of 5:22.76.
