MSU women’s golf 12th in Kansas

OLATHE, Kan. — The Minot State women’s golf team sit in 12th place after Day 1 of the Central Region Fall Preview on Tuesday at the Prairie Highlands Golf Club. Miriam Dumes leads the Beavers by shooting a 76 to be tied for 13th overall.

Northeastern State leads the event with a 302, while MSU came in with a team score of 320. The Beavers are second among NSIC schools with Minnesota State ahead of them, tied for seventh, with a team score of 315.

Alexandra Demko (80, 39th), Katherine McGlenen (81, 48th), Kaitlyn Hill (83, 67th) and Kira Dereniwsky (83, 67th) also competed for the Beavers.

Day 2 of the Central Region Fall Preview is this morning at the Praire Highlands Golf Club in Kansas.
