Submitted Photo Kye Keplin, a soon to be seventh grader at Jim Hill Middle School, collected a pair of state championships at the North Dakota State Youth Track Meet on June 17 in Fargo. The youngster Keplin claimed the 1,600 meter title with a time of five minutes and 19.43 seconds and the 800-meter run with a mark of 2:29.43.
