The Lord's Cupboard Welcome Table food pantry is available Mondays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 7-1st St. SE. The pantry is also available Wednesdays, 1 to 4 p.m., and Fridays, 2 to 5 p.m.
The Minot YWCA will hold its fourth annual "Swing FORE Shelter" benefit golf tournament at Wildwood Golf Course. Registration and contests begin at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. The tournament is a women's 18-hole scramble. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, closest to the pin, longest drive and longest putt. Interested sponsors and women looking to participate or needing more information should contact the YWCA at 838-1812. Registration costs of $150 for a two-person team and $300 for a four-person team include green fees, lunch and prizes. Prizes include a putter, golf bag and miscellaneous gifts from local businesses. The event is one of the YWCA's three major fundraisers each year.

The Minot Christian Women's Club will host a luncheon from 12:15 to 2 p.m. at the Grand Hotel. Terri Aldrich, Minot Area Council of the Arts, will talk about the many ways that group enriches the community. Live music will be provided by cellist Juliann Boren.
