GALCHUTT (AP) - Thirteen teenagers were injured in a weekend crash in southeastern North Dakota's Richland County.
The Highway Patrol says a sport utility vehicle driven by an 18-year-old form Walcott turned in front of a 15-passenger van on a county road Saturday night, leading to the collision.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a Fargo hospital with injuries the patrol said were not life-threatening.
Twelve teens in the van were treated at the scene for minor injuries or taken to area hospitals with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind says the teens in the van were not part of any organized group. He says they were just friends out having some innocent fun.
