Flint McColgan/MDN • Bridger Oil, of Houston, Texas, was the first company to be serviced by Phase Two of Enbridge’s Berthold Oil Terminal when one of its trains was filled with oil as it went through this building Monday. Phase Two is a direct pipeline-to-rail operation that is capable of filling a whole train with oil in 14 hours and has the ability to fill up to eight trains in a week, allowing for the shipment of 80,000 barrels per day of exclusively Bakken crude. Phase One, which filled trains by pumping from trucks, filled its last train last week, a process which took five to six days.
