now if people are truly concerned about pollution then stop using products that pollute. it can be done. it is done all over the world.

if a person looks at the make up of the product that was dumped it may be the same material that highways are made of and no different then the salt that is put on roads. but a big scary story does sound good.

Somehow I get the feeling from our friends on the left that the ONLY acceptable answer is: stop drilling.

I propose a monument in the badlands to give credit to those in our state Gov't. who allowed oil to deface and destroy the most beautiful place in ND.

"Several reports of illegal dumping". 5 years or $10,000 fine. I would say make the dumper drink the water--our mule deer and other wildlife will drink it 4 years--and die.

Oily brine spill near medora. Terrain too rugged 4 cleanup says oil. This is how environmentalists r made. This is why we see resistance to the keystone xl. Oil has proven here in ND that they r as trustworthy as putin. Every leak, spill, pollution and lie brings fewer republican votes. Most NoDaks despise liars.

BigWashington could make us feel good by giving us one of dos donut cushions....or at least promise us one. After all, they DID cause that malady....EVERY one of us....maybe an exception or two of us Democrat Party voters....

Many dump one or more times a day and without this process the movement would bind up this Country.

It must be Regulated in Washington and taxed till it hurts. And Natural Gas too!

If we'd just put more porta-pots out there, there would not be such a problem with illegal dumping....and this Republican controlled state sure could afford that....can we all come together on that? To move forword?

"Take that 2 Washington". Then come back with the people who really care about oversight. Our future is mass pollution.
