Not everyone is killed. Injury rates are up too, yet we continue to only charge 1/3 of the next lowest state for workmen's compensation insurance. The way it's done is to use "independant" medical experts to kick long term disabled workers off the system.

In some ways, the ones that dies are the lucky ones.
