I just wanted to say “nice job” on the editorial backing the Minot City Council for flying the Rainbow Flag.
As a teacher at the Alternative school, we serve many students that do not feel they belong at the ‘regular schools’ because of their sexual orientation. The fact that our City Council and Daily Newspaper public back them is huge! Thank you for standing up to the hate and bigotry in our community.
