I’m writing in regards to the Weekend Edition of the Minot “Daily” News.

The MDN is obviously in part, supported financially by subscriptions from we readers; seems like “we subscriber/readers” should’ve been given the chance to express our opinion as to whether we would prefer a “weekend edition” or not.

I enjoy receiving and reading the MDN each day on its own day.

The missing individual Sunday issue NOT coming out on SUNDAY is definitely a disappointment.

I will have to think twice before renewing my annual subscription when the MDN renewal letter comes in my mail, since as a subscriber/person, I do not have a choice in what I’m subscribing and paying for (weekend edition) and not sure how the next annual subscription will change. At this point I get the feeling just the check sent in the amount of the annual subscription appears to be of greater importance.
