Wharton has done good job

My sister from Kansas City recently visited. It was her first time in North Dakota. The thing that impressed her most was the city parks. Minot is blessed to have great parks and the Parks Department is to be congratulated!
I want to encourage the Park Board to keep their horticulturalist, Steve Wharton, as he has been doing a great job here with the Minot parks for the past 22 years!
