Jackie Rae Klebe, the daughter of Edwin and Gladys (Hansen) Klebe was born on May 18, 1951 in Bottineau, North Dakota. She died at the age of 74 years on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 with family by her side at the Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby, North Dakota. Jackie is survived by her partner through life, Dennis Blessum; her children, Gary Narum of Douglas, Kimberly (Perry) Johnson of Carpio, Shane Fosness (Melinda Hahn) of Rugby and Ritchie Fosness of Willow City; grandchildren, great grandchild and siblings. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby with burial at a later date at the Persilla Watts Cemetery in Rugby. Lunch and Fellowship will follow at Dakota Farms on highway 2 in Rugby. Friends may greet the family one hour prior to the time of services at the funeral home on Friday.
