Jacqueline Falcone (Jen-
sen), 67, Minot, ND, form-
erly of Milwaukee, WI,
passed away unexpected-
ly on Wednesday, October
13, 2021, at her residence.
Jacqueline, the daughter
of Roy K. Jensen and
Dorothy A. Trapp
(Draeger), was born June
14, 1954 in Highland
Park, IL. She was raised
and educated in
Milwaukee,WI. Over the
years, she worked and
lived in Wisconsin, South
Carolina, Italy, Germany,
Idaho, and Louisiana be-
fore finally moving to
Minot, ND.
She was known by
many names: Jack, Jake,
or Jackie but no matter the
name, she was an amaz-
ing woman with a gypsy
soul, a free hippie spirit
and with a heart so full of
love for everybody she
came across. She was
tough as nails but would
do no harm to a single
soul.
Jacqueline collected
many things including
crosses, movies and
books. She loved her
Green Bay Packers (GO
PACK!), feeding her birds,
working on crossword
puzzles of all kinds, tend-
ing to her plants and
listening to nothing but
the best of music. Jacque-
line was a bible scholar,
reading it religiously,
knowing it and loved en-
gaging in conversation
about it.
Her loving family in-
cludes: She is survived by
her mother Dorothy A.
Trapp; her loving partner
Brent T. Berry; her si-
blings, John Jensen (Jan-
ice), Johanna Rivers
(Richard) and Cheryl
Meekma (Richard, “Shor-
ty); her children Jeremy
A. Zemlicka, Heather M.
Zemlicka, Kari A. Kimball
(Russ) and Phillip J.
Meekma. Her grandchil-
dren Monica, Tatiana,
Ebony, Antonio, Destiny,
Devon, Liberty, Bryce,
Skylar, Kaden, Harmony,
Julian, Christian and
Amber. She is also sur-
vived by many nieces,
nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in
death by her father Roy K.
Jensen of Racine,WI.
Interment will be at
Holy Cross Cemetery, lo-
cated at 7301 W Nash
Street, Milwaukee, WI
53216 on Friday October
29th at 2:00 PM.
A Celebration of life
service will be held at
Christ United Methodist
Church, located at 5200 S
48th Street, Greenfield,
WI 53220 at 3:00PM with
a supper to follow.
