Eunice Rostvedt

Eunice E. Rostvedt, 96,
Minot, died Wednesday,
October 13, 2021 at her
residence in Minot.
Eunice was born May
27, 1925 at Raub, North
Dakota, the daughter of
Ernest and Mabel (Vold)
Roberts. She was raised
and educated at Raub and
graduated from Parshall
High School in 1943. She
attended two years at
Minot Business College
and was employed at
Minot Supply as a book-
keeper for three years.
Eunice was united in
marriage to Clifford Rost-
vedt on September 29,
1948 in Minot, where they
would make their home.
Along with raising their
four sons, Craig, Terry,
Tim and Tom, she was
employed at Monarch
Products as a bookkeeper
for over 20 years, retiring
in 1986. Clifford died on
February 24, 2008.
Eunice had continued
to make her home in
Minot and most recently
became a resident at The
View Assisted Living
Center in 2018.
Eunice was a member
of Bethany Lutheran
Church, Minot, where she
had served on the Church
Council, Ladies Circle
group and sang in the
choir for many years. She
was gifted with a beautiful
singing voice and sang as
a soloist at several wed-
dings. Eunice was a
member of the Minot
Family YMCA where she
participated in the
Aquasize Class and had
done volunteer work at
Trinity Hospital and
Norsk Hostfest. She en-
joyed traveling, reading,
baking, playing Bridge,
crewelwork and em-
broidery.
Her loving family in-
cludes, children, Craig
(Pat) Rostvedt, Denver,
CO, Terry (Susan) Rost-
vedt, Windsor, CO, Tim
(LouAnn) Rostvedt,
Bismarck, ND and Tom
(Diane) Rostvedt, Minot;
10 grandchildren to in-
clude: Jason (Jessica)
Rostvedt, Kendra Rost-
vedt, Kari (Kathy) Walton,
Brianne (Brian) Ward, Ka-
tie (Eric) Rooke, Ty (Shei-
la) Rostvedt, Mandi (Eric)
Smith, Eric (Ashlee) Rost-
vedt, Ethan (Alexa) Rost-
vedt and Jesse Rostvedt.
She was also blessed with
19 great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her parents, hus-
band of 65 years, Clifford;
along with her brothers,
Gladwin, Donald and Lar-
ry Roberts.

Memorial Gardens, Minot.

October 18th from
