Dennis Egge

away unexpectedly on

February 4, 2020, in a

Lakeland, FL, hospital.

Dennis attended ele-

mentary school in

Omemee and graduated

from Bottineau High

School.

In 1966, he married

Georgia Porath.

He earned his master’s

degree in Agricultural

Economics from NDSU.

Dennis worked as an

agricultural extension

agent in McLean, Benson,

and Ward Counties.

In 1997, Dennis retired

and they moved to Flori-

da.

Dennis is survived by:

his wife Georgia of 53

years; daughters Laurie

(Alan) Verbitsky of Minot,

ND, and Shannon (Will)

Heaven of Ewa Beach, HI;

daughter-in-law, Jessica

Egge of Minot, ND;

grandchildren, Nikolai

Verbitsky, Kathryn

(Diego) Carvajal, Karena

Verbitsky, Zion Heaven,

Raquel Egge, and Sofia

Egge; great-grandson,

Daniel Carvajal.

He was preceded in

death by: his parents,

George and Edna Egge, his

infant sister, Cheryl, and

his son, Darin.

The family extends an

invitation for an informal

celebration of life on

Monday, July 13 from

2:00-4:00 at Minot First

Assembly of God.
