Eunice Herdt

Eunice Herdt, 69,

Minot, died Tuesday,

March 31, 2020 in a Minot

hospital.

Eunice Colleen Herdt

was born on August 24,

1950. She was raised and

educated in the Glenburn

area by her grandmother

Ida, until her senior year

when she moved to Keno-

sha, WI, where she gra-

duated from Trempor

High School.

Following her gradua-

tion, Eunice worked vari-

ous positions throughout

her lifetime, including,

the Minot County Club,

and most recently as a

baker at the MarketPlace

Foods Donut department,

retiring due to health rea-

sons. Her son Taylor was

born in 1988, and was

very important to her and

she always put his needs

before her own.

She enjoyed gardening,

playing games on the

computer and spending

time with her son and

grandson. She was a lov-

ing mother, grandmother

and friend and will be

missed by all that knew

her.

Eunice is survived by:

Son Taylor; and his

son: Layton, Minot;

Siblings: Bev Merck,

Moorhead, MN, Robert

Herdt, St. John, ND, Dolly

Newgard, Minot, and

Karen Secord, Delavan,

WI.

Several nieces,

nephews and cousins also

survive.

Eunice was preceded in

death by: her

grandparents, five broth-

ers and five sisters.

Funeral Service: In

Coronavirus and gather-

ings, Eunice’s family will

celebrate her life with a

private family service on

Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at

11 a.m. at
