Kiya Shai Zarley, 30,

passed away Monday,

January 13, 2020 at Sun-

rise Hospital Medical

Center in Las Vegas,

Nevada.

Kiya Shai was born

January 13, 1990 in

Minot, ND. Kiya graduat-

ed from Coronado High

School, Henderson, NV in

2008. She attended phar-

macy school at Roseman

University of Health and

Science in Henderson, NV

and received her Doctor of

Pharmacy degree in 2015.

Kiya worked in Billings,

MT as a staff pharmacist

then moved back to

Henderson in 2017.

Some of Kiya’s favorite

things included visiting

her grandparents in North

Dakota, attending the

North Dakota State Fair

and time at the lake with

her family. She loved to

sing, read and play video

games on her phone.

Kiya had the most beau-

tiful smile and enjoyable

laugh. She would help

anyone when they needed

a helping hand. She will

be dearly missed by all

who knew her loving per-

sonality. She was a bun-

dle of joy!

Kiya was preceded in

Sandra Zarley; and her

great-grandparents.

A memorial service will

take place Monday, Janu-

ary 20, 2020, 10:30 a.m. at

Our Lady of Grace Cathol-

ic Church, Minot, ND.
