Dale D. Thompson

Dale Thompson was

born in Maxbass, ND, to

Don and Blanche Thomp-

son. He was the oldest of

4 children. His brother

was Veryl “Bud” Thomp-

son (dec) and sisters are

Shirley Zieman and Caro-

lyn Miller.

Dale married Lois

Sausker in 1951. They

had 2 daughters Arla Jean

(dec) and Denise (married

to Ron McCulley). Lois

died in 1974. In July 1983,

Dale married Nancy.

There are 6 grandchildren

and 4 great grandchildren.

Dale had a number of

careers including farming,

International Harvester,

Mr. Steak restaurant, and

Sons of Norway In-

surance. He also worked

at the Park Hill golf

course and volunteered at

the VA Hospital for 14

years.

He always said, “I just

want to live until I die,”

and he did.

Services will be held

March 22, 2019. In lieu of

flowers, donations are

suggested to Porter Hos-

pice.
