Carol Brown

Carol Brown, Larimore,

ND passed away on Oc-

tober 11, 2018.

Catherine “Carol”

Brown (Ebach) was the

youngest of 12 children

born to Michael and Kath-

erine Ebach (Kloetzel) in

Rugby, North Dakota. She

attended St. Therese Little

Flower and Rugby High

School, and was the first

of her family to attend

college at St. Alexius

School of Nursing in

Bismarck, North Dakota.

After graduation, she

came back to work at the

Rugby Hospital as a Re-

gistered Nurse. On April

20, 1968 she married

Doug Brown in Rugby,

North Dakota. They later

moved to Larimore, North

Dakota where they raised

four children. Carol con-

tinued to work as a Re-

gistered Nurse at North-

wood Deaconess and was

the parish nurse at St.

Stephen’s Catholic

Church.

Carol was quite the

world traveler and en-

joyed traveling with her

close friends. She espe-

cially enjoyed her pilgrim-ages to Madrid, Rome,

Lourdes, and Jerusalem.

Her other passion was

spending time with her

grandchildren and attend-ing all of their activities.

Carol is survived by:

her husband, Doug

Brown, sons: Doug

(Sarah) Bismarck, ND;

Chris (Liz) Sheridan, WY;

Russ (Mary) Fargo, ND;

and daughter: Megan

Stocker (Dan) Fargo, ND;

Sisters: Agnes and Mary.

She is also survived by

her grandchildren: Ian,

Ryan, Trey, Ellen, Payton,

Matthew, and Carter.

Carol was preceded in

death by: her parents, and

siblings: Clemence, John,

Lee, Eve, Liz, Matt, Alex,

Clara, and Theresa.

In lieu of flowers,

memorials are requested

to Little Flower Cemetery

in Rugby and Bellevue

Cemetery in Larimore.

Mass of Christian Buri-

al: will be held 11 AM

Wednesday Oct. 17, 2018

at St. Stephen’s Catholic

Church, Larimore, ND,

with Rev. William McDer-

mott celebrating.

Interment: will be 4 PM

Wednesday at Little

Flower Cemetery, Rugby,

ND.

Visitation: will be held

from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Tuesday, at St. Stephen’s

Catholic Church, where

an evening prayer service

will begin at 7:00 pm.

Visitation will continue

one hour prior to the ser-

vice at the church.
