James C. “Jim” Jensen

80, longtime Minot civic

leader and real estate

broker died on August 27,

2018 in a Chandler, AZ

memory care facility.

Jim was the owner of

Signal Realty and

developed property in the

Southdale, Green Acres

and Dakota Square areas

of Minot. He served on

several Boards of Direc-

tors including Trinity

Hospital and Dakota Boys

Ranch.

Jim’s loving family in-

cludes his wife: Karen,

daughters Kristy and Jill

and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death

by his parents: Leonard

and Edna Jensen and sis-

ter: Millie (Orlin) Backes.

Celebration of the Life

of Jim Jensen: September

8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at

Zion Lutheran Church,

Minot.

In lieu of plants and

flowers memorials are

preferred to the

Alzheimer’s Association,

Dakota Boys Ranch, Minot

State University, Minot

Community Foundation,
