James “Jim” Halseth, 74,

Minot, ND, passed away

Saturday, April 14, 2018,

at a Minot Hospital.

James Arthur Halseth

was born October 4, 1943,

the son of Oscar and

Florence (Kiefner) Hal-

seth, in Minot, ND. He

was raised and educated

in Minot.

Jim worked for several

years and eventually re-

tired from the Max Power.

Jim’s greatest passion

was cooking. He also en-

joyed going to the casinos

in South Dakota.

Surviving family in-

cludes:

Sisters, Donna (Jerry)

Kennedy, Brush Prairie,

WA and Bonnie Monar-

chi, Mansfield, OH; broth-

ers, Harlan Halseth of

Minot and Darrell (Trudy)

Halseth, Kalama, WA; and

numerous nieces,

nephews and cousins.

Don was preceded in

death by: his parents; sis-

ters, Betty Banna and

Marjorie Halseth; broth-

ers, Robert, Terry and

Donald Halseth;

sisters-in-law, Janice Hal-

seth and LaVern Halseth;

nieces, Linda Kennedy

and Peggy Hall; and two

uncles, Alvin and Elmer

Halseth.

Funeral: Friday, April

27, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at

Thompson-Larson Fun-

eral Home, Minot, ND.

Interment: Rosehill

Memorial Park, Minot,

ND.

Visitation: There will be

no reviewal, but friends
