WILLISTON – No charges are expected in connection with the discharge of a firearm which sent a minor to the hospital on Saturday, Nov. 29, according to the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident occurred in rural Williams County, and the investigation determined it to be an accident. The minor is reported to be in stable condition.
