Drivers in vehicle-tractor crash identified
DEVILS LAKE – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the drivers involved in a vehicle-farm tractor crash near Devils Lake Wednesday, Oct. 1.
Luella Rance, 76, Devils Lake, driving a 2021 Toyota Highlander, was seriously injured when her vehicle struck a Case IH farm tractor, driven by Joel Stevenson, 70, Bottineau, on N.D. Highway 20, about 4 miles north of Devils Lake.
