Tractor crash victim identified
CATHAY – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a Fessenden man who died in a farm tractor crash near Cathay.
Mitchell Lloyd, 60, died in the crash. He was driving a tractor west of Cathay when it went off the road and into a ditch. Loyd was ejected from the tractor and died at the scene.
