Jonathan Quinn Morgan Church, 25, Minot, pleaded guilty to delivery of fentanyl on Feb. 2 in district court in Minot before Judge Stacy Louser. Church was arrested in May of 2022 and ultimately charged in late October.

Louser sentenced Church to 10 years in the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, with all suspended but 30 months and credit for 98 days already served. Upon release Church must complete three years of supervised probation and a chemical dependency evaluation. Church also was assessed $1,350 in fines and court fees.
