Eric Andrew Mize, 36, who is currently serving a federal sentence of about 5 ½ years on a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine at the U.S. Penitentiary, Big Sandy, in Inez, Kentucky, was sentenced on May 19 in district court in Ward County to one year and one day, all suspended but 15 days, and one year of supervised probation for Class C felony reckless endangerment on Dec. 14, 2019, in Ward County.

Judge Gary Lee made the sentence concurrent with the sentence Mize is serving in another case and also ordered Mize to pay $525 in court costs and serve one year of unsupervised probation.
