North Dakota State senior distance runner Kelby Anderson was voted to The Summit League’s Academic All-League Team for the 2021 cross country season, it was announced Tuesday.

Anderson of Bismarck was NDSU’s top runner at the final four meets of the season, placing second at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 30 for conference runner-up honors. She owns a 3.81 cumulative grade point average as a nursing major.

This is Anderson’s third career Academic All-League honor for cross country. In her Bison cross country career, she never finished lower than third at the conference meet, winning the league title in 2019 and taking second twice.
