Eloise Ogden/MDN Participants at the 10th annual North Central Veterans Stand Down could visit with representatives at more than 40 resources booths at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Minot on Thursday. Within the first half hour of the event, 60 veterans had arrived for the event scheduled into the afternoon. During the event sponsors and providers Northrop Grumman, The American Legion, AmVets, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Homesteaders Restaurant were honored for continuous support. Representatives of each were presented plaques.
