Cheyanne Swain, Minot, charged with intent to deliver fentanyl

Cheyanne Rose Marie Swain, 25, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and Class C felony fleeing a police officer on Wednesday. Her co-defendant, Eric Laine Rouse, 35, Minot, is charged with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, Class C felony tampering with physical evidence, and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Co-defendant, Ashley Dawn Jones, 38, is charged with Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia and, in another case, with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia on Wednesday.

Swain, Jones and Rouse were all scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Thursday before Judge Gary Lee.
