Tyler Willard, Minot, sentenced to 102 days time served, 3 years probation, for intent to deliver meth

Tyler James Willard, 30, Minot, was sentenced on Wednesday to three years in prison, all suspended but the 102 days he already served in the Ward County Jail, followed by three years of supervised probation, for Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methampehtamine on Oct. 25, 2019. He received a concurrent sentence for Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, a digital scale.

Willard also received a concurrent sentence for fleeing from a traffic stop at a high rate of speed on March 5 of this year, his second such offense, a Class C felony, and for driving with a suspended driver’s license, his fourth such offense.

Judge Stacy Louser also ordered Willard to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay court costs.

Other charges in other cases were dismissed under the terms of a plea deal.
