Marquerite Schmidt, Williston, sentenced to 3 years probation for delivery of controlled substance analog
Marquerite Kristin Schmidt, 34, Williston, was sentenced on Wednesday to three years in prison, all suspended but the one day she served in the Ward County Jail, and three years of supervised probation for Class B felony delivery of a controlled substance analog in Minot on Sept. 6, 2019.
Schmdit was also ordered to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay $500 in restitution and $775 in court costs.
