A prosecutor said in court on Wednesday that the state plans to file to dismiss a Class C felony possession of child pornography charge against Bo Custis Cramer, 35, of Minot, because new information has come to light.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation received a tip that an online Dropbox account associated with Cramer’s email address had uploaded child pornography files to to Dropbox on June 11, 2020. Cramer was charged in district court in Minot with the offense in August 2020.
