Robert Abner Fagin, 23, New Town, is charged in district court in Minot with Class A misdemeanor offensive sexual contact. Fagin allegedly touched a store clerk’s buttock without her permission on Sept. 19, 2020, at a business in Minot. Fagin denied doing this and, according to another employee who witnessed the incident, allegedly said he had only been “stretching,” according to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court.

Fagin was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charge on Tuesday before Judge Stacy Louser.
