Regaen Zarr, Minot, sentenced to two years for intent to deliver ecstasy, LSD

Regaen Marie Zarr, 24, Minot, was sentenced on Monday to five years in prison, with a requirement that she serve two years, followed by three years of supervised probation for Class B felony intent to deliver ecstasy and Class B felony intent to deliver LSD. She will receive credit for 109 days already served in the Ward County Jail, plus 16 days off her sentence for good behavior. Judge Gary Lee also ordered Zarr to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay $125 in court costs. The $2,600 in drug proceeds seized when Zarr was arrested is forfeited.

Five other charges were dismissed under the terms of a plea deal, including Class B felony intent to deliver hashish, Class B felony intent to deliver a Schedule I hallucinogenic substance, Class C felony intent to deliver a Schedule IV depressant, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor possession of five or fewer Schedule II, III, IV, V, or CSA pills.
