Patrick James Golden, 35, Minot, is accused of abusing a child under the age of 6, a Class B felony, and of Class C felony child neglect.

The offenses are alleged to have taken place in August, according to online court records.

Golden was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges in district court in Minot on Friday before Judge Todd Cresap.
