Lagregory Kollock, 32, Minot, was arrested and charged with terrorizing and attempted murder in connection with a shooting incident in Minot on Saturday.

Minot police responded to a northwest Minot residence on the report of a shooting occuring around 6:39 p.m., according to police information.

When officers arrived, they found a 31-year-old male victim who had sustained life-threatening gunshot wounds. As officers were rendering aid to the victim, the suspect returned to the scene and was apprehended by police. Community Ambulance transported the victim to Trinity Hospital and his condition is not know at this time.

Kollock, 32, Minot, is being held at the Ward County Jail pending his appearance in district court.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
