Cheyanne Rose Marie Swain, 23, was sentenced on July 2 in district court in Mountrail County to three years in prison, with a requirement that she serve 18 months, for Class B felony intent to deliver methaphetamine in October 2019. She was also ordered to serve two years of supervised probation.

She was sentenced to 180 days in jail for Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia. The paraphernalia offense will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor if she successfully completes probation.

Swain was also ordered to pay court costs.
