FirstCare Resumes Walk-In Service

Trinity Health’s FirstCare Walk-In Clinic has resumed walk-in service, returning to its no-appointments model of service, according to information provided by Trinity.

The walk-in clinic temporarily adopted an appointments-only policy in accordance with public health guidelines to prevent community spread of COVID-19.

Effective immediately, FirstCare patients may visit the clinic for non-emergent, primary care service on a walk-in basis. As with all Trinity Health facilities, safety protocols must be observed. These require everyone entering a facility to bring and wear a mask upon arrival and throughout their visit and to maintain social distancing.

FirstCare Walk-In Clinic welcomes patients seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on week days and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Wait times for the clinic are posted with regular updates on the Trinity Health phone app.
