MSU paper moves online

Minot State University’s Red and Green newspaper is moving online and will not be printing a physical copy for the rest of the 2020 spring semester.

Red and Green is written for students, by students. Everyone has switched to remote learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Red and Green staff cannot meet in person, so it’s difficult for them to plan stories. Shalom Baer, the editor of Red and Green, said that they are bridging that gap by using FaceTime and email.

Alison McAfee, the Reg and Green faculty advisor, said that the student paper will be published on redgreenpaper.com, and will be highlighting individual stories on their social media channels.
