Austin Parisien charged with criminal trespass
Austin Parisien, 22, is charged in district court in Minot with trespassing at a stranger’s residence in Minot while he was drunk at 11:49 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Parisien is charged with Class C felony trespass.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Parisien walked into the occupied residence and was looking for the keys to a truck in the driveway that he claimed belonged to him. The woman told him he was in the wrong place and he needed to leave. The woman called her boyfriend for help and the boyfriend got into a physical altercation with Parisien.
Parsien then left and walked towards another residence. When police arrived, Parisien was sitting on the steps at the other residence. He had a bloody nose, an abrasion on his forehead, a scuffed elbow and blood around his mouth and on his hands. Very little that he said made sense. Police took him to the hospital to be checked out and he was then taken to jail.
