Antonio Marshall, Minot, charged with stealing running car outside Sleep Inn, DUI
Antonio Jay Marshall, 21, Minot, is accused of stealing a motor vehicle that its owner had left running, with the doors unlocked, outside the Sleep Inn at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Marshall is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony theft of a motor vehicle.
Marshall had earlier been charged on Saturday with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor. He is facing that charge in Minot Municipal Court.
