Paul Henrikson sentenced for burglary

Paul Martin Henrikson, 50, was sentenced by North Central District Court Judge Doug Mattson on Jan. 16 to five years in prison, with five years suspended, and three years of supervised probation, consecutive with another sentence he is already serving at the North Dakota State Penitentiary, on a Class C felony burglary charge.

Henrikson was also ordered to pay $525 in court costs. Restitution in the case is reserved for 90 days.

Henrikson burglarized a residence on March 23, 2018. A co-defendant, Alan Michael Chorlton, 33, was charged with Class C felony theft of property in connection with the case and is accused of stealing two vehicles and selling one of them to a salvage yard.
