Nathan Ostlie, Minot, charged with interference with 911 call
Nathan Todd Ostlie, 43, Minot, is accused of assaulting his girlfriend and preventing her from making a 911 call during a domestic altercation on Dec. 14.
He is charged with Class C felony interference with a telephone during an emergency phone call in district court in Minot.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Ostlie had been drinking prior to the incident. Ostlie allegedly physically assaulted the woman and, at one point, pulled her Apple watch off her wrist when she tried to call 911.
