Derek Foreid, high risk sex offender, updates address with Minot Police Department
Derek Foreid, 47, who is listed as high risk on the North Dakota Sex Offender Registry, has updated his address with the Minot Police Department, according to police.
He now lives at 512 Summit Drive, Apt. 2, in Minot.
Foreid was convicted in 2008 in district court in Ward County of raping an intoxicated 19-year-old woman, according to the registry.
