Brady Schlak, Noah Figliolino, Minot, charged with delivery of methamphetamine

Brady Earl Schlak, 31, Minot, and Noah Figliolino, 21, Minot, are each charged with Class B felony delivery of methamphetamine and Class B felony conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine in district court in Minot.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a confidential informant working for the Ward County Narcotics Task Force gave Schlak $800 to buy one ounce of methamphetamine at Schlak’s residence on Tuesday. Figliolino then delivered 18 grams of methamphetamine in a plastic bag to the confidential informant. The confidential informant confronted Schlak about the amount of the meth and Schlak admitted he didn’t sell the full ounce and said he would give the confidential informant the right amount. Schlak and Figliolino were arrested on Wednesday as they were leaving a residence together. Both men are on supervised probation with the North Dakota Department of Corrections for previous offenses.

Both men made initial appearances on the charges on Thursday before Judge Doug Mattson.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 16.
