Kati Marie Thomas, 33, Bismarck, is accused of unauthorized use of a credit card in July 2018.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the district court in Minot, Thomas allegedly made a total of $240.09 in unauthorized charges at five separate businesses in Minot.

Thomas is charged with a Class C felony. She was scheduled to make an initial appearance in district court in Minot on Wednesday before Judge Gary Lee.
