Allan Cook updates address with police department
Allan Joseph Cook, 42, has now moved to 1730 1st Street SW, Apt. 5, according to the Minot Police Department.
Cook is listed as high risk on the sex offender registry and must register his address with the police department.
Cook was convicted in district court in Barnes County of three counts of sexual assault in 2001 involving girls between the ages of 15 and 17. Cook was 24 at the time of the incidents.
