The Berthold Police Department would like more information about a Uzi machine gun that was found concealed and within reach of a driver arrested Wednesday in Carpio.

Walter Cartwright of Missouri, a convicted felon who is prohibited from possessing firearms, was arrested. Drug paraphernalia was also seized from the vehicle. Cartwright was jailed on the weapon charges.

Anyone with information about the Uzi is asked to contact the Berthold Police Department.
