Jeromy Duchscher, Minot, charged with aggravated assault – domestic violence
Jeromy James Duchscher, 36, Minot, is accused of strangling a woman during a domestic violence incident at a trailer in Ruthville on Tuesday.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Duchscher and the woman had a verbal argument that turned physical. She told police that Duchscher slapped, choked and shoved her several times. He also poured beer over her head and threw a blue metal kennel on top of her. The woman gave her cell phone to her children and told them to call for help. They called family members, who contacted the police.
Duchscher is charged with Class C felony aggravated assault – domestic violence in district court in Minot.
